Very nice hotel, compares extremely favorably with other downtown Denver choices. I'll take this over everything except the Ritz and the Four Seasons. The bed is great, room service prompt and food good (although one server practically grabbed into my pockets for a tip; this was offset by another who expressly said don't tip her). Odd not to have icemakers anywhere. No robes and I had one dirty water glass in the bathroom. Bottom line is the facilities are luxurious (great capacious bathroom), but service and housekeeping is a bit uneven. I would stay there again.

This is an excellent Hotel. We arrived too late to explore the downtown area on foot. If it had been across the street from the restaraunts and bars that would have been nice. As it was, we ate in the suburbs before giving the car to the valet. A longer stay would have given us time to find out which way to set out on foot.

My husband & I spent a weekend in Downtown Denver for our 10th wedding anniversary. At the advice of a great friend, we selected the Hotel Teatro. The location is to die for! We pulled up, unloaded our bags, checked in, and then my husband went and parked our car at a park-n-ride about a mile or two away. It saved us a ton on parking. We never needed our car the entire weekend. We walked to Larimer Square several times, went to the 16th street mall, used the complimentary shuttle to go out to a fancy dinner. They even picked us up when we were done. The customer service in every way was stellar. The hotel was beautiful. We travel often and stay in some luxurious resorts. This is not like that. It is very boutique""y"". The room was small, but beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, HDTV perfect, Aveda products, $0 FIJI water, and rain from the ceiling shower. The decor was fabulous. It was luxurious, but not in a resort sort of way. Love it. We'll go back.

Great Hotel. We stayed in several hotels around Denver and the foothills and this one was by far the best. I had one small issue with a malfunctioning fire alarm outside the room but was offered another room on the spot. Concierge, desk housekeeping were top notch, but the bell staff......what a crew. The bell captain made our stay exceptional. I brought my 2 1/2-year old daughter and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure she was taken care of. I had a car seat that had to be changed from my Expedition to the hotel Escalade about 4 times, and not once did they miss a beat.
