We book this hotel for a family trip and small vacation. We arrive early to check in and the front desk guy was very rude and told us to leave and return later. We have two little kids under 5 and we wanted then to rest before going out with then again. The staff that works at the hotel was the best they are very helpful. The room overall was good size, clean , but dark, the lighting was very dim. Overall I don't think I will stay in this hotel again.

The Comfort Inn staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Anna at the front desk. The off street parking garage was very accessable with ample car spaces. The room was a double queen with comfortable beds. The colors throughout the hotel were medium to dark shades of brown; plantation shutters in the room. The bathroom was large and bright with a separate vanity area. We had to be at Paramount studios early in the morning so the 6:30am breakfast was perfect. Nicely presented with hot coffee & tea, fresh orange juice, waffles, bagels and toast. I had a good night sleep; I would stay here again when visiting Hollywood!

We could hear every noise coming from surrounding rooms and the hallway. Our second night people were partying in several rooms and in the hallway. After reporting doors slamming, people yelling, and and continual knocking on doors, to management, at 2:00 and 3:00 a.m. we finally gave up and was able to get to sleep at 4:30 a.m. I was very disapointed in the lack of management's ability to controll the situation. The following morning we had to walk through broken glass spread all over the hallway. This hotel did not feel safe or secure, nor was it quiet. The price per night for the hotel was reasonable, but not worth the experience. You get what you pay for, next time I will pay more.

I have always had good luck staying at comfort inn. This time was so different. My list of complaints is quite long but, here goes: No screen on window, Bed frame broken. It tilted to one side so it was like sleeping on a hill, The phone was so dirty and sticky that I placed a towel over it so as not to touch it when making and recieving calls, no wash clothed in room and only 2 towels for 4 people. when i called the front desk to ask about more it took more than an hour to get a response and I had to call to get that response- never recieved the linen, wet toilet paper stuck to the walls in the bathroom..........I could go on and on. This was the ftrst and last time I will stay at this comfort inn.
