My husband, sister and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn during the College World Series and were extremely impressed by the staff and facilities. Upon arrival, we requested that our reservation for a king bed be changed to two doubles and it was immediately done. And even though the hotel was at full capacity, housekeeping brought us additional towels within 5 minutes of our call. A shuttle was available to take us to restaurants and Rosenblatt stadium, which was incredibly convenient. I've visited most of the hotels in the Old Market, and the Hilton Garden Inn is by far the best value. Plus the location is ideal - walking distance to the bars, restaurants, Quest Center, new baseball field, and other downtown attractions. A special thanks to ABC and XYZ, who were incredibly professional and accommodating!

We felt like some of the the staff was a little "snooty." Also, we had a problem with our room keys, which wasn't a big deal, but annoying since we were all the way up on the 6th floor so had to go back down to the lobby to get new ones. Dealing with the counter staff was just annoying as they seemed there only to do "the job" but not be friendly or helpful.

The staff was awesome. After checking in, they called the room to see if everything was ok. We received free shuttle service to local attractions. The breakfast buffet was not included in the cost but was excellent for the price. The hostess even remembered us from the previous day and had our beverages ready for us by the time we sat down. The room was recently renovated. The hotel was very clean. I would definitely recommend it!

We had a great time at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was top notch, the hotel was incredibly clean, and the location was great! The hotel is within walking distance to the Old Market, and other attractions, such as the Joslyn Art Museum. The breakfast was great, and parking was easy. We would definitely return to this hotel!
