Conrad Hotel is in a perfect location for chicago downtown shopping. Easy walk to many stores and restaurants, The staff are very courteous, friendly and proffesionally helpful. The room is very comfortable, quiet and very Clean. It's Higly recommended and we will definetly come back there.

This hotel is nice enough, although not really up to the Conrad brand especially when compared to their international properties. The location is good, steps away from N Michigan Ave. The room had nice electronics, tv and stereo although they were wired in such a way that there was an annoying echo in the audio. They also lacked the more basic coffee/tea facilities in the rooms.
