My family of five stayed in the kids suite for four nights. The staff at the hotel was very nice and professional. The staff at the hotel restraurant was unbelievably great!! We stayed with extended family so we were a very large group with lots of free-eating kids. The staff was always kind and happy to see us. -I actually missed them a little when we got home! The kids suite was super small but perfect for a family travelling with three kids. We didnt spend much time in the room so the size didnt matter too much to us. The hotel was clean and very quiet in October. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel from the outside looks amazing and the loby is nice. The room view over looked a run down trailer park. The room upon arival was not cleaned very well. The staff were plesent. The food in the Hotel diner was average. The shuttle to Disneyland was ontime and only $* a day for adults and $* for children. Overall it is an average hotel. All we did is sleep there so it served it's purpose.

This was our 2nd stay at this location. When we checked in (late at night), we noticed that there was hair on the bathroom floor, no toilet paper, "black sand" in the tub, and the fridge was off. We were quite tired from our drive, that these little things didn't bother us that much. They were fixable. The next morning, we started to smell a foul smell.. Thought maybe it was coming in through the A/C. Our son had made a little mess on the floor (crumbs), so we opted for housekeeping services. We got a clean bathroom, but they didn't even vacuum. The next morning, right before leaving for Disneyland, we could smell the foul odor again. I happen to be in the bathroom and heard a gurgling sound. We found out that the "black sand" was sewer water coming up through the tubs drain. It filled the bottom of the tub and stunk! It drained by itself. Because we were with a group of people and had character breakfast reservations, I let the front desk now about the situation, but couldn't switch rooms. They didn't seemed shocked that the tub had overflow water or about the issues when we checked in. They thought that giving us food vouchers for their restaurant would fix the issue. Very disappointing!!! Will never go there again, even if the rest of our party decides to stay there.

Had a good stay in a kids suite. Our kids loved the bunk beds & it was nice that they had their own space & tv inside our room. Pool was heated. Breakfast @ restaurant was ok but kids eat free which was great. Hotel was close enough to Disneyland without all the hustle & bustle. Hotel was sold out but still had a nice, comfortable feel. Never felt crowded.

This was a last minute booking for a convention at the Anaheim convention center. It was spring break for some families, a volleyball tournament and our conference so rooms were scarce. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were very clean, the pool area was also nice. Will defiantly stay again if need to. Thanks Holiday Inn!
