    We were 4 ladies who were hopeful to have a wonderful time in Vegas. We booked the Bellagio because the price was right, and let's be honest, to say you stayed at the Bellagio is a treat in itself. The hotel lobby was simply gorgeous. The staff was courteous, the room was amazing and our view of the Bellagio Fountains was front and center. The fact that you were required to show your hotel key to gain access to the elevators ensures that only guests will be roaming around the room floors. I was unsure about accessing the WiFi services included in the * daily resort fee and was assisted within minutes. Housekeeping services were impeccable and everything about our stay was wonderful. Checkout was a breeze and no unexpected charges were on the bill (which is always nice). Not only would I recommend the Bellagio to anyone, I would definitely stay there again!

    The staff is not entirely available or courteous. The decor, especially in the rooms, is becoming extraordinarily dated and stale. The layout of the property itself is frustratingly difficult, especially for a conference attender (you're either on the side with the conference rooms and thus the opposite as the casino or vice versa). When I requested two shirts to be pressed and a sports coat to be dry cleaned, the delivery was over an hour late, thus negating the whole purpose for my requested clothes that I intended to wear that evening. The rooms are not cleaned well and housekeeping runs extraordinarily slow. On one afternoon I arrived in my room to find the housekeeper cleaning it at nearly 3pm, on the next day the room still wasn't cleaned by 4pm. The tube television in the room is becoming dated and small by today's standards. This is ironic considering the television/dresser is huge and takes up a large chunk of the room. The bathroom is nice, but not cleaned to the level that such a hotel should be. The pool area is closed at 4pm daily despite the fact that there still remains at least another hour of sunlight available.

    This was my third time traveling to Vegas but first time staying at the Bellagio. I was very impressed by the "classy" atmosphere of the hotel. Even though the casino tends to be quite busy and touristy, the hotel staff does a great job of monitoring access to hotel room elevators. Also, the housekeeping staff was excellent because they attended to our room several times a day while we were out for regular cleaning, turndown service, etc. The pool area was gorgeous and only hotel guests are allowed to enter the pool area. The Bellagio is in the best location on the strip because it is in the middle of everything. I would definitely stay at the Bellagio again!

    I stayed in a Salone sweet on the corner and the views from the 20th floor were kinda nice. What when wrong was the elevators on my section went out and were down for 24 hours. Because of that I missed a show I had tickets to and wasted $*. At check-in, the lady said yes your bill is already prepaid, but i need to put a $** hold on your credit card. Oh boy I was P.O.ed. Then we got to the suite and the safe is out of order. I called and left a message with front desk. Then after no reply I go to take a bath in the World pool Bathtub and come to find it did not turn on. I called and reminded them about the safe and then the Tub Not working. I got a response back from the front desk when I called the last time and that was 6 hours before my flight left. I had a 6 am flight back to SF. I get a manager on the phone and he says I can comp you some food. Please nothing in the place will be serving at that hour and I am leaving. He was rude and This hotel Should be taken off the list of upper hotels.

    Terrible experience. The smoking room stank. They could not clean it moved to nom smoking room , it had non working bathroom lights and a leaky faucet then their transformers blew out. People stuck in elevators. Sat in pitch black from nine at night till quarter to four next morning. They would not help. Finally sent bellhop without a light! Had to call security at ten p.m. due to noisy neighbors. Finally moved to another room. Fortunately took my little Led light. Big name poor game. Poor service. Poor quality rooms.will never stay their again and advise people to spend their hard earned cash at a better hotel.
