Wifii works well. Pool a bit cold but you have a indoor and outdoor one. Very nice staff. Just be careful. We stayed during Senior Week in Late May/June. You are over run. The staff keep trying but first couple of nights it was out of hand noise wise. But they kept moving us till we got a room that would work.

awesome place right on boardwalk and beach
07/18/2010Would definately stay again. being on the boardwalk and right on the beach with a ocean view room was awesome. rooms were excellent, pool was nice staff was totally professional.

Beautiful Hotel, Great Check in, Best View

I just spent 3 nights at the Grand Hotel. We went to the hotel early just to get info on the parking garage before we checked in. Low and behold we were allowed to check in and go to our room. Also we were helped with our bags and taken to our room-very impressive! Room was spacious and clean with the best view on the boardwalk. Outside pool with bar was very pleasant. Hotel staff was always helpful and pleasant. The real down side was the Grand Terrace restaurant. In bold letters the menu states Breakfast Served All Day. But when we tried to order pancakes at 10 am were told they out. We ordered French Toast instead and the slices were half of the size of regular slices of bread and cold. Actually all of the breakfasts were cold and the coffee creamers were spoiled. Its a shame because it is very nice inside and could be a real plus to the hotel. But Check Out was great. We were told we could use the hotel after check out to change our clothes before heading home. Its all the little extras that make this hotel a real nice place.
