Great looking hotel and the amenities are fine. The kids will love the pool. But management could care less about you as a customer. Our room was broken into and many items stolen during our last stay. Hotel comped one night of our stay and we've never heard another word from them. And you can't call Holiday Inn to file a complaint because they simply send it to the hotel- yet again, zero response. We found out later we weren't the only ones that were burglarized yet the hotel posted no notices or warnings. They knew doors were not working and did nothing. NOTE- there are no security cameras in the stairwells and the entrances/exits have minimal surveillance! After this experience, we will never stay here or at any other Holiday Inn. Not worth the risk for the money you have to pay for this hotel.

We had a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in until the time of out checkout. The suite was spacious and very clean. The location is excellent and the staff was very helpful. Great family atmosphere and we took advantage of both swimming pools. We will stay again.

Like another reviewer, we also switched to this hotel from another bad one. I never knew a Holiday Inn could be so nice. It was clean and beautifu. Would only stay here when goint to Ocean City!

11/17/2006The hotel was great. wonderful suite with an outstanding location. only issue is i was charged a weekend rate for a week night. this was corrected with a phone call.
