  Disappointed with the manager. First of all, it seemed like no one knew where he was, or how to find him. He was very hard to deal with. Always seemed like we were a bother to him when he was approached. Due to our schedule, we could not meet the posted start schedule for breakfast. We requested that some of the items, not everything, be set out early such as juice and dry items. The manager said he would pass it along to the morning staff. The next morning, nothing was available, the juice and milk were even locked up. There was a staff member there, but she told us she was not authorized to open anything early. We had to go somewhere else to get breakfast. Needless to say, we are passing along our experience to others, and will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn in the future. Please do not advertise breakfast available, if it is not ture. Very disappointing experience!
