My Wife and I arrived at theHoliday Inn Hotel and Suites Anaheim , and were welcomed with a very friendly staff. Our room was kept very clean by staff . The location is very convenient for parking for Disneyland. We will be coming back in the future.

most of the hotels around the area charges for parking...i think around $8- $* per night. i know because i stayed at some of them before. at this holiday inn...on s. walnut, the parking was included with the room. and plenty of spots...had no trouble finding parking. i don't know if i'm allowed to say the names of the other hotels or not so i'm not going to. some of the hotels on harbor blvd had very few parking spots...be aware. i guess i'm stressing the parking issue because it's important to me to come back to the room after a long day and not worry about anything like that. i wasn't there for disneyland, i had a few meetings in the anaheim area that day. for those of you who are going to disneyland and don't care about parking...by all means, get one on harbor blvd. it's a closer walk. besides the parking...the rooms were nice. i mean a hotel room is a hotel room right? the staff were nice as well. my only complaint was that they didn't have breakfast and the wi-fi was super slow.

We used this hotel as a place to sleep when we went to Disneyland. The room was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable with nice pillows and linens, it was quiet, and the desk staff was courteous. The 15-minute walk to Disneyland was manageable. If this hotel did not charge so many extra fees, I might stay here again. However, there were resort fees, service fees, and shuttle fees (if one used the shuttle). Yet, there were no amenities to justify these fees, i.e. free continental breakfast, newspaper delivery, bathrobes, toiletries, etc. I foolishly assumed that the higher price of this hotel would result in some kind of tangible difference from other Anaheim hotels I have stayed in. I wish I had selected a hotel closer to Disneyland, even if it meant sacrificing the comfortable pillows.

The staff at check-in was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is new and clean. The room was average size. The beds are extremely comfortable. I wish the room had a mini fridge. They gave us one mini bottle of shampoo, enough for 1 person. The maid service did not replenish it. She threw away the soap and shampoo and we had to call and get more. She also left an envelope requesting a tip which is a little distasteful, especially after they charge you a $* per night resort/parking fee which does not include anything. Also, the location is misleading. It is not that close to Disneyland, it is a fairly long walk. They offer a shuttle for $* per person/per day. When all is said and done I would consider staying again because it was comfortable and clean and the rates are reasonable. If your on a budget and you don't mind the walk it is worth a stay.

We had an excellent experience at this Holiday Inn. The front desk staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and thankfully quiet. The location is near enough to Disneyland to walk. The restaurant comfortable and pleasant. We would stay here again.
