This was a nightmare to start out. I'm just glad we only had to stay one night. The staff was VERY unfriendly and the room was dirty, no continental breakfast, internet, pool, ocean view, or anything! The staff was constantly running around upstairs and we had no privacy what so ever! do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was so DISGUSTING, it smelt like a dirty musty mold. The bed was terrible, the carpet was torn up. The painting was all worn down, with black scratches on the walls. There was NO VIEW OF THE OCEAN AT ALL!! We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, when we got there we had to pay extra for the children which we were told at time of reservation that kids were free under the age of 17. No swimming pool, no continental breakfast. A TOTAL RIP OFF!! Me and my family became very ill after staying at this hotel. I was told from a physician it was probobly from mold or mildew. WHATEVER YOU DO, PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS nasty motel.

first thing the oceanview motel, doesn't have an ocean view. the king size bed turned out to be a full size bed. the two lights over toilet and shower;one was out and one was missing.when we checked out it was done by a little girl, by herself who was about 8 years old.

First "Ocean and beach access is within walking distance." is totally NOT true. Unless going 5 to 6 miles and cross a busy highway what you consider walking distance. There may have been a view of the ocean ten years ago, but currently there is a huge condo complex with a 12' high block wall in the way.
We now have a new winner of the hardest bed in the world contest! So bad we went of the second night to buy an air mattress to put on top of the bed so we could get a descent night sleep.
Plus the air conditioner sounded like a jet plain landing, the shower was set at about 5'2" (I had to get on my knees to wash my hair), no hair dryer, only two thin towels and a really small TV.
I was very disappointed. -

Online travel website failed to provide accurate hotel policy in email. Arrived w/housebroken pet, forced to pay additional 25/night. Indian Family running it anal, unsympathizing, no manners. Like urine/cigarette smoke, bathroom vent hanging from ceiling w/mold, floor oily. Manager refused exchange room. Checked out early, upon them inspecting they decided not fully-refund pet fee claiming they have to vacuum dog hairs. Asked why said they dont vacuum that much. Frivolous pet charge doesnt cover anything. Atleast they confessed they dont clean thoroughly. Vacation ruined.
