Ny stay was ib a Saturday until Tuesday so I got both ends of it. Saturday was very very very busy and a lot going on in the casino. After the weekend you would have thought the place was closing. There were very few people and the quotlocalsquot seem to take over. Though I did not hear or see any trouble security or police presence would make gueats feel more comfortable. Overall I will return because of the impressive rooms!!!!

Check in was a breeze and our room was very nice-- but no outside window. Slots were very tight in the casino, I didn't even hear anyone around me winning any jackpots. As the night went on, our room was so hot we couldn't sleep. We set the thermostat at 60 degrees but it didn't make a difference. We ate at 3 different restaurants in the hotel. The food was very expensive and was terrible across the board. They seemed to be short handed in the restaurants so service was very slow. Will not go back as we have stayed at other hotels in AC that were much better.

Nice Hotel, but rude Valet's,,first lost our bag and were not helpful in retrieving it,instead they were up for arguing instead of resolving the matter.Worst was they made us miss our flight.Took them 20 minutes to get our car after checking out,,apologized for being short staffed, i tipped this guy even, he was about the only one out of all that were nice, the rest were A Holes! Cost me extra,,had to take a cab to Philly and get another flight

Check-in line had a bit of a wait but it moved very fast . . . and we were able to check-in hours before their check-in time of 4pm, with prompt and friendly service. Room was well-designed, clean, comfortable and in great condition. The marble tile bathroom was lovely. I already knew we wouldn't have a view but the room did come at a good rate. We went to a couple of their restaurants which were very good in value and quality (Cafe Roma and their 24-hour bistro). Its central location on the boardwalk and its connection to the Pier Shops was ideal. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience and would certainly come back!

We normally have great stays at Ceasar's. I decided to upgrade to a "luxury level" room for $* on a Sat. and $* for Sun. as we were attending a concert at the casino. Website promised two queens, we got two fulls. Promised flat screen wall mounted TV, got a big old model on the dresser. Promised AC skyline view we got a view of another tower. Promised a deluxe bathroom with amenities got a tub and an old shower. I realize there are different classes of rooms because we have stayed in luxury rooms at Ceasar's before. When I complained they did not adjust the bill. We were pretty much told they were sold-out, too bad.
