  I have stayed at this hotel on several business trips. The rooms are adequate, with a queen bed and sofabed. The kitchen is equipped with basics, but there is no dish liquid available. Breakfast is served in the lounge area, but they often run out of food before 8 am. They have a few bagels, oranges and apples. If you are lucky, at the beginning of the week, they have margarine and some no-name jelly. They previous liquid flavored creamers have been replaced with packets of no-name powder. The staff of the hotel is young and inexperienced. They are polite and do their best, but when confronted with any issues, they do not know what to do. The hotel common areas are clean, but basic. The ""fitness"" facility is a closet sized room with a treadmill, bike, and elip. Often, the laundry facilities are not working. The TV reception is terrible, and the channel selection is sparse. Housekeeping is excellent, the rooms are always very clean, and the housekeeping staff is always cheerful and polite. There are no restaurants nearby, and very little in the way of restaurant delivery. The neighborhood is an office complex. It is a safe neighborhood, but the front desk area is often unattended, especially at night. Ocassionally, guests prop open doorway access at the end of hallways. The front desk closes at 11 pm, but anyone can come in through the front door of the hotel.
