Visited DC for New Year eve and stayed at this Inn. The person working the front desk was unprofessional and spend time talking about his personal life instead of helping customers. There were no housekeeping at night so we had to ask the person at the front desk for things that we needed. He took a long time because he was the ONLY ONE at the hotel working on New year eve. Also the checkout time was 12pm on New years day. So at 10:30am the front desk person called to make sure we were up and will be about of the room as soon as possible. At 11am someone from housekeeping came to the door saying they were really to clean the room eventhough the checkout time was not even there yet. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I have traveled around the world and have not seen a hotel so unprofessonal and unwelcoming to customers.

11/22/2010The staff were very friendly, and the room was quite adequate for the price. free wifi is a definite plus. the place is a little quirky but enjoyable overall.

Nice place with a great location. My travel agency price provided a great deal in the area and a overall good experience. Only was up for breakfast once in my three day stay and it was standard fare in a nice place. the staff was helpful too. id go back

This charming hotel is located in a perfect spot to get to just about anything in Washington DC. Metro station is a short walk and the bus runs down 16th Street. The rooms are being updated though even the ones that have been yet are very comfortable. A nice continental breakfast is provided which includes breads, pastries, bagels, yogurts, cereals and more. The management and staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help provide you with restaurant recommendations and directions. Mornings and evenings on the patio are delightful. I will definitely return to this lovely boutique hotel.

My husband I were so pleased with our recent stay at this wonderful gem of a boutique hotel near Dupont Circle. Location was convenient for absolutely everything we wanted to do, and the front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was cozy and quaint and the decor very pretty. We will certainly return to this establishment on our next trip.
