Okay location bad condition

My friend and I stayed at the Dolphin Inn for two nights. The location is great ,but the property is in bad conditon. The windows were a mess, screens falling off ,crank for windows didn't work. It was very warm and there was no air conditioning. We were quite uncomfortable trying to sleep under the way too warm conditions.. There were ugly spots on furniture and rugs. It is expensive to stay there. They should spend money updating and repairing the property..a little paint would help Also the internet did not work the first night we were there. I could not get assistance as the staff had all gone home.They did fix the problem the next morning ..Staff was always friendly and as helpful as they could be. But we think it is not worth it for the price.. If you want a fairly close location to shops and restaurants this is okay. but.there are other beautiful accomodations we have stayed in, in the past, that would meet our location needsbetter and they are not as overpriced and under cared for as this one. We will stay in one of those next time.
