We stayed at the hotel last weekend. They staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are a tad small, but perfect for a weekend get-away in Seattle! With a prime downtown location the hotel is in walking distance of the pier, the market, tons of great places to eat, and lots of shopping and sights! All was very good, and would stay there again in the future!

The welcoming guy when we checked in was pleasant and friendly. Good start. Then we were put in the wrong room and I said something about it to the manager the next morning because he wasnt there when we checked in. He told me it was given to someone else and that the business room they put us in was worth more than we payed (since we used this site, we got the room cheaper) and that there was nothing he was going to do about it. Also, while we were trying to sleep, I heard someone trying to get into our room at like 4 am. They tried for a long time too, at least 5 minutes (which is long to someone whose scared stiff). They just kept messing with the door knob. So lets just say that Seattle was magnificent and I loved the adventure we had that weekend, but I just wish the hotel personell at the end of our trip wasnt such a jerk.
