  Don't waste your money on this rude staff that treats you like dirt. they will outright lie to you and then accept no responsibility when you hold them accountable.

  Our room wasn't cleaned at 2pm and at that point we had to shower, so it just never got cleaned. But we were only there 2 nights, so it really wasn't necessary. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; breakfast and snacks better than can be expected. Love the location and the old ""boutique hotel"" atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

  When checking in, staff had me down for 2 nights. i showed them my reservation for 3 nights, and they seemed kind of annoyed--like i had done something wrong. ...

  When checking in, staff had me down for 2 nights. I showed them my reservation for 3 nights, and they seemed kind of annoyed--like I had done something wrong. Rest of stay was great. Queen rm dlx was decent size, but small window AC could have been a little larger. Fruit and pastries out all day was night touch. Parking rate very reasonable ($10/night). Had to walk a few blocks, and some problems with paying for parking, but hotel staff resolved issue. Can't beat location!
