Although the Front Desk staff was friendly, they were not extraordinarily helpful. For the things that are within their capabilities to perform, they failed. Their ability to access the hotel's loyality club was hampered and they were unable to establish a wireless internet connection within the hotel. The hot water was barely tepid and maid service is slow. The rooms were servicable, but I would not recommend it.

We checked in fairly late and the front desk gentleman was a bit tired, a little surly. The room was ok. We were looking forward to the breakfast buffet, included, but it was disgusting! The seating area was filthy and they buffet area was worse. I don't know if they were understaffed but I would have preferred to pay for breakfast then to sit and eat in such a dirty stmosphere. Staff seemed frazzled.

the rooms were nice, bathroom too small ( iam a small guy). my 10 year old son was petrified about the 3" gap in the door way-bottom of the door-. not a good view out the window looking at the conference room. the hallways&stairwells were very dirty, I .E. POP CANS CIGARETTE BUTTS, POOL TOWELS HANGING OVER STAIR RAILINGS FOR 3 DAYS.security doors were never locked at night. the staff at the front desk were every nice and pleasent to talk too. the night manager was very helpfull with directions, always smiling. know the restraunt, thats a nite mare. very very slow service. nite/morning.forget your beverage then the silverware, had to ask twice after our food came. the food was okay. needs more varity for the breakfast buffet.would i stay again,??????

The living quarters of the room are excellent. Great furniture great bed. No flat screen TV though, no fridge or microwave even though there is room for it. Bathroom on the other hand needs improvement small shower not a lot of water pressure. The bathroom has no vanity just a sink, nothing to put you accessories on!!!! :( Lobby is in great condition so is the restaurant all employees are friendly.The inner rooms of the hotel over look the center atrium and this is where they have conferences and weddings and so forth. Saturday nights is the wedding nights, late loud music til midnight, but good fun crowd. The hallways fo the hotel look like they are still in the remodel phase, old ceilings and walls look half finished wallpaper. Very close to airport 8 min by shuttle runs every 20 minutes. McDonalds, Subway, Steakhouse, gas station all within a 5 minute walk. If the bathrooms and hallways were up to date this would be a 5 star. They have BBQs in the summer saturday nights
