  The hotel is nice with spacious atrium. The rooms are nice and clean, though shows signs of aging and could use some remodeling. The staff are fantastic, very friendly, very helpful. The hotel is just 2 blocks from Navy Pier and Michigan Ave. There is a grocery across the street and a pharmary around the corner. The restaurant at the ground floor is also nice. Taking the shuttle from the airport is advisable, otherwise you will be shocked with the parking fee. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay and we will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Chicago.

  last minute trip to chicago with family.room was great,the free breakfast was even better.the hotel is very kid friendly.we will stay here again.also buy the city pass it is worth it to see sites.

  This is a very family-oriented hotel, but I was traveling alone and would not recommend it for a single or business traveler. It was very active late into the evening with children (translation, high noise level). I can see where the very good complimentary breakfast buffet would be a boon to families. On the other hand, the room-service meals were too highly priced. So I would recommend it for family vacations, but I would not stay here again.
