I loved staying here! The rooms were ok, I would have liked to have had more of a view, but the staff was AMAZING! Very friendly, helped us with figuring out where to eat and the best places to see, I would definitely stay again!

The location of this hotel is great. Shopping within walking distance, including Whole Foods, CVS, unique shops; walking distance to inner harbor, Little Italy, movie theater. Room was small but very comfortable. Included sitting area, desk, bed was extremely comfortable, climate control worked well. The staff was very helpful and efficient. Nice big lobby with plenty of seating. Clean.

My 3 girls & I stayed at this hotel before Thanksgiving to go to the Aquarium. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the lobby & fireplace. However, we were disappointed at the room. The drain was clogged, the TV cable was so snowy it wasn't worth watching, the beds were not comfortable & had a piece of plywood under the mattress for support. The price was not worth it. Our stay at the Hampton Inn in DC the previous 2 days was 5 times nicer and cheaper. We did inform the front desk that night but they did nothing. The next morning the front desk (Don) was very nice & tried to make up for the issues but we were checking out. He was super & wished I had met him the night before. I doubt I would stay there again due to the experience.
