Exhausted from a red eye flight from Honolulu, I had to reserve the room the night I was travelling to ensure checking in at 7 a.m. However, my stay was worth every cent. I was welcomed like an old friend, although I'd never been there before. The bed was like a cocoon; I usually have trouble sleeping during the day, but I slept immediately in that amazingly comfortable bed. Both my meals were superb, relaxing, immaculately prepared and served. And the shower...well, wonderful really doesn't do it justice. By the time I left -- using the courtesy car, by the way - to pick up a rental car, I was genuinely rested and calm. I hope I won't be quite as exhausted in the future, but if I am, I can't think of a better oasis to which I can retreat. And did I mention the place is smoke-free, casino-free, quiet and beautiful?

Spent three nights at this hotel. Very posh very comfortable. The style is understated but super high quality. The pool area was quiet and relaxing and the service poolside was all you could ask for. Just dont expect any eye candy it was all * plus grannies and families. The pool at the Mandalay had a better assortment of young-ins in bikinis but it was also pretty trashy loud and crowded. Nice to have the option of retreating to the four seasons pool after scoping out the scenery. I would definitely stay here again. The bed was so comfortable I didnt want to get up the service was friendly and efficient the fitness club was well equipped and the everything was very well maintained and up to date. Kudos to the four seasons and its staff for a job well done.

Overall a very nice property... only two complaints. First, our room smelled like a seafood restaurant all night, and second our toilet had plumbing issues. The flush was so loud that my daughter actually said it scared her (which was funny, because it kind of scared me too). The thing bubbled and gurgled all night, enough to wake us up. Other than that, the beds were the best, the size for the room was spacious, the location was nice and the amenities were fantastic.

Excellent property if you want quiet luxury with all Vegas has to offer at yuor fingertips. The property is tucked away on the top floors of Mandalay Bay Hotel. Seperate entrance for the Four Seasons. There is a secret door to the Mandalay Casino if you ask the fron desk. Wonderful private pool area and great dining options. I would definitely suggest staying here if you get the chance!
