- Guests must be 21 years old to check into the hotel. All adult guests must be registered with proper identification. Hotel key required to access hotel guest elevator. Credit card required at check-in.
- 25 per person charge for each person over 2 guests per room. Maximum occupancy 4 people per room. This charge is payable directly to the hotel at check-in.
- Tropicana does not permit coolers or excessive amounts of food and beverage to be brought into the hotel.
- Self Parking is 10 per stay and Valet Parking is 15 per stay. Health Club is 10 per day.

We had problems at the check in because we needed to bring a credit card to be on file and abank card wasn't sufficient. Because we were unaware of this, neither my boyfriend or I had brought one. The desk clerk was rude about the situation and altho ugh he allowed us to have our room, he turned all room service and amenities off. Leaving us unable to order any extras during our stay. The room was nic. Very clean. The bed however, was very uncomfortable leaving us with sore backs and necks the next day. It was also very cold in the room didn't seem like the heat worked well if at all. It was an ok stay. I dont kniw if that will be my first hotel choice in the future.

After many stays this was my first time in the Havana tower. Whereas the room was excellent, large and clean with the most comfortable beds anywhere I have ever had, there is one major problem, you need trained guides to find it. The signage is limited and it took 20 minutes to locate the elevators to the floors. (And I am a Tropicana regular visitor). That withstanding the hotel always delivers excellent quality and value, especially during off season when rooms are practically being given away.

First we had to have security called several times during the night because there were teenagers drinking, smoking pot, screaming and streaking in the hallways. Second we got a bill with charges to our room that neither my husband or I did. Where is the security they told us they had to show a key how is that possible we had them both. Either an employee didn't follow through or this is the worst fraud that can happen with people copying room keys I will never stay here again!!!!
