We stayed for an entire week. Nice breakfast, Helpful staff and clean rooms. My only complaint is the beds. They are hard as rocks. I did speak to the front desk and they told me they are in the process of renovating the facility so hopefully they will get new mattresses. I would stay again. This a a good location

The hotel was clean, friendly and accomodating. The check in was very easy with the pre-paid travel agency reservation. When we went to our first room, non-smoking, it smelled like smoke so we went to the Front Desk to inform of same. We were told we would not be charged the smoking fee (fine?). We asked and were given another room. The last of our three nights there, the toilet leaked and we were upgraded to a great two-room suite for the last night. No complaints there! So three nights, three rooms. The breakfast was amazing! Great variety for the entire time it was open; could even make fresh belgium waffles. Super! The housekeeping staff was friendly and when we asked for extra towels and pillows, no problem there. Seems newer than it's age; newly updated lobby, with fresh apples and cookies! Nice touch.

The front desk was very accomadating from extra towels to borrowing a scissors to cut some flowers. Very pleasant, very clean, nice continental breakfast with a good staffing for help if needed. Did a great job on our room which was slightly messy due to my teenagers. Stayed at this same hotel 8 years ago and it looks just as clean and comfortable as it did then -- not a day older. Great pool and hot tub -- could enforce the ""adults only"" after 10 PM on weekends -- but not a big deal. Liked it so much we are staying again this summer for another family trip. There are less expensive places but this one is worth it. I think this hotel is under-rated at 2 and a half stars.
