In addition, the resort observes local and state smoking ordinances that may prohibit smoking in some public places.

I visit Orlando every year for 3 yars with my daughter and our last visit we stayed at Sheraton Vistana Villages. At check-in the staff saw me standing in line and decided she would walk away and go take a break. I tried to have paitence but after waiting 15 minutes I asked for manager. Long story short I finally get the keys to the two bedroom condo and the chairs to the dining room are positioned in such a way that it looks as if the staff were in there playing cards or something. I went to turn on the light at the main entrance and there was blood on the light switch. And to make it even worser the the lamp on the table in between the kitchen and dining room had no light bulb in it. Also the whirlpool tub in the Master bedroom was broken. I called for service 3 times and each time the guy said he had to get a part for the tub and would be right back. Also the safe didnt work!!! I spent time out of my day waiting for him to come back since I didnt want to leave without my belongings being secured and he never returned. Too make matters even worse.................The shuttle service driver was suppose to drop us off a Magic Kingdom he pulled up to another resorts shuttle and had myself and 10 other people hop on that shuttle. The driver told us to meet him back at the stop so that we would have time to enjoy the park before closing time. We stood out there with other families and the driver never came back. Everyone their ended up putting our monies together to get a bus taxi back to the resort. AWFUL!!!!!

Had very pleasant trip to Orlando the weather was excellent and the hotel was the same. Very conveniant with attractions I attended in Orlando! The hotel staff very pleasant and cooperative. Very family friendly especially for kids.This hotel has there own activity team which is a very good idea.This hotel has there own resteraunt(flagler station) and grocery store (market place) right on site. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Disney Resort area. Overall this place receives a perfect 10 from me!

This is the second visit to Orlando staying at the Sheraton Vistana resort. We have stayed at both locations. I think this is a good price for the accommodations. Unlike, the disney and universal resorts you actually have room in the suites. We had a total of 5 people and we booked a two bedroom villa. There was plenty of room. The only complaint was with this suite it did not come with hotel housekeeping. It would have been a nice touch to add that to the suite package -- but unfortunately the particular type of room we booked clearly stated no housekeeping. That would be the only downfall to this resort and the two bedroom villas.

I don't understand the negative reveiws. We stayed this past week in one of the Fountain II area a bedroom 2 bath unit. Full Kitchen & washer dryer. 5 Adults and 2 children, we did bring a air mattress for the kids. Pools were great, grounds were very nice. Clean and nicely kept. This was a timeshare exchange so we did sit throught the sales pitch which paid for a dinner out, low pressure. Disney resorts 10 min drive away.
