I would not stay at another Trump hotel. Alot of the the things that were advertised were not anylonger on site at the hotel. We were to have a Bay view and was put in a room overlooking the parking garage. The room was hot and sticky the air didn't work. Had to make a complaint on the shuttle driver that ran the shuttle between Trump properties. for being extermly rude. I would not recommend this hotel.

It's 11:36 on 01/29/11 and I'm in my room at the Trump Marina. This hotel is horrendous, do not stay here even if you get a free room. The maid took our dirty styrofoam cups from the garbage and put them beck on the sink as if new. We just left the cafe/ cafeteria because no-one would even give us a menu for twenty minutes. The waitress told the woman next to us that she wouldn't take her order because she's the only one working and everyone else is lazy; then the manager wouldn't take the order because it's not her job. The girl that checked us in was very pleasant but her bizarre statements made us think she was on drugs. There are exceptions, ABC the bartender at the lobby bar, and XYZ the bartender at the disco bar were outstanding in every way. I feel bad they will probably lose their jobs as there is no sign of any supervision, management or quality control anywhere.

I would first like to say that the hotel looked different from what was advertised. The outside brick looked old and worn. I felt like I was visiting a nursing home instead of a casino. I have NEVER seen sooo many walkers and wheelchairs in my lifetime! The smokiness was unbearable at times and my sheets weren't the cleanest. I even itched a little bit and joked about bed bugs:( I guess if I were a senior citizen who smoked heavily this place would be heaven to me. Oh not to mention you are soooo far from the boardwalk and shops. We had to catch a taxi to and from and it was $13 oneway. I wouldn't go back....

I loved this hotel, room was exceptionally nice, the decor exceded my expectations, and the cleanliness was superb. It deserves more stars in my opinion. The staff was courteous and very helpful. We have already booked another stay.
