I have always loved location and service. This is more of a business hotel so rooms are not colorful but comfy. Could stand updating, color. Bar service great. Need room key to get on elevator which is a plus for saftey.

I have stayed at the Penn's Landing Hyatt before, and the service has always been great. This New Year's Eve 2011 I stayed over for the NYE celebrations and found the service to be very slow. Checking in the hotel was extremely crowded and confusing, while checking out the next day took over an hour; then waiting for my car to be brought up took another 30 minutes. The room itself was not well kept, and very dusty, which is surprising considering the $* per night rate. The hotel is in a great location that offers many options, but it is in desparate need of a facelift. In the meantime, please hire more people for your busy times, and dust the rooms!

Hotel was just beautiful. Staff was very polite and helpful. The only problem we encountered was waiting for our room. Even though I had a confirmation for a king room, they tried to give me 2 doubles. We had to wait over an hour even though it was after 3 o'clock.

The Hyatt at Penns Landing was beautiful, clean, modern and in a great location. We traveled with a 9 yr old and 3 yr old and it was a friendly environment. The restaurant on site was good however very expensive for a quick bite. Better off eating somewhere in the historic area.

The staff was professional and friendly, the room not cleaned thoroughly (dust on the surfaces and smudges on doors and drawers. With that I did not feel comfortable to use either the gym or pool. The windows have been last cleand probably more than a year ago. The bed was far too soft. Except for very low ceiling that makes you feel a bit claustrophobic, the room was nice. Location is hard to beat. Very nice view.
