Do not stay on the fourth floor during the winter. The garage is on the third and lower so the floor stays freezing , very uncomfortable to the feet . The rest of the hotel is fine and the staff is very helpfull. Short walk to lierty square. It is also in the heart of china town.

Worst thing: The walls are paper thin! People were in the hallway alllll night yelling and banging doors. I slept only from 3am-7am because that's when the maids started their work and they were making all kinds of noise in the hallway too. Other things: The room wasn't that clean. There was some pink stuff (cleaner?) all over the back of the toilet and the toilet tank looked like it was dusty! Sheets weren't on the bed right. Just not that nice. We mentioned the yelling in the halls at checkout and the man gave us a free breakfast coupon on a return trip. There is no way we'd stay here again, free breakfast or not!! Unless a major renovation will make the doors and walls more soundproof, we'll never be back. Good things: Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location. Safe area. Ajustable firmness on the beds--very nice. Overall: Don't stay here unless you can sleep through anything!!

The Hotel was nice, but busy, not enough elevators at busy check in time. Restaurant was closed to private function. Not enough towels, called front desk and it took 5 hours to get them. The next day, same thing. Don't they know how many people they have booked in a room Located in China Town, a very smelly(garbage) part of Philly. Pay for parking garage, billed to your room, unlimited access, in and out. Air conditioning filters were plugged. Do your research and stay elsewhere.

In general, we were happy with our experience and the location was good. However, we had called ahead to confirm that we could check in early. We were told one hour before we arrived that we would indeed be able to check in early. They even spent some time checking our kind of room, etc. However, when we arrived we could not check in early. This was frustrating. Their communication skills seem lacking, but in general the hotel was a nice place to stay.
