From the moment I got to the hotel, the staff was ready to take care of me and accommodate any speacial requests. Room was beautiful, bed plush. Can't beat the location, close to culture, shopping, museums right on Huntington Ave.

My husband along with our daughter and grandaughter just enjoyed a wonderful time in Boston. A trolley stop right in front of hotel was very convenient . This is just a great location with prudential center right across the street with many shops and food...also cheesecake factory across the street . There is a great breakfast place just several blocks on Boylston st. called The Pour House..The staff here are all very nice and helpful. We took the trolley to Fenway but walked back to our hotel after the game...about a 15 min. walk. There is a subway stop just outside the hotel door but we never got around to using it. We had a great time in Boston and would love to stay here again.

For the price we paid, we were disappointed. We have stayed in Boston before, along the same price, at another hotel, and there was no comparison. We thought the room was small and laid out oddly. Only one mirror - in the bathroom, so it limited a whole family getting ready without doing so in shifts. No exhaust fan in the bathroom = foggy mirrors after showers. We had two lights out in our room that needed replacing. After two requests, they were not taken care of. Roof pool was closed for most of our stay. Hotel was nice overall, but looked a bit dated and dark in the halls. Wi-Fi was free ONLY in the lobby. Outrageous fee elsewhere. The only free internet in the business center was to check-in for your flight. Other than that, it's provided by a 3rd party and you have to swipe a card to use. Even on the free airline flight check, it timed out at 5 min, and I had to start over - we had a problem and I was on the phone simultaneously with the airlines. Lost all entered info. Doorman and concierge were extremely polite and helpful. Won't stay there again. Not horrible, but just not up to our personal standards. We were disappointed. Also...you couldn't use the refrigerator in the room w/o having a key - and there was a bottle cap on our floor that housekeeping missed...and not enough electric outlets in the room. Noise level of neighboring floors and rooms was high! Very thin walls and ceilings for sound.

Parking was very good. Elevator from parking garage dropped us of on such a stained carpet we almost turned arround. Elevators functional but old. Halls were poorly lit, dark and dank. Room was best part of whole visit.
