Great location. The room was nice, great bathroom. The beds were wonderful along with the pillows, the best I've ever stayed. Once the drapes were closed - no light was getting in. Also great workout room. Concierge staff was great.

My husband and I planned a trip to Chicago to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. Two weeks before our departure my husband was diagnosed with cancer. I really wanted this trip to be special knowing that we had challenges ahead. I emailed the manager of the Omni and told him the situation and asked for a room with a pretty view. I immediately received the most caring response stating that the Omni would do everything in their power to make this a wonderful trip for us. Several other Omni employees emailed personally offering their assistance should we need anything during our stay. We arrived at the Omni and were met by gracious, caring professionals. Our room had been upgraded to a lovely, expansive suite and wine and an incredible chocolate dessert were waiting for us. Our stay was absolutely perfect. The entire Omni Chicago staff was always smiling and anxious to help. I have not seen that level of service before, and probably will not see it again. When we arrived home, my husband asked me to describe my favorite part of our trip. It was the Omni.

I took my 5 yr old grandson to chicago for "guys weekend". VERY kid friendly and attentive staff ! VERY cooperative and enthusiastic in fulfilling all the little requests necessary to make a 5yr old's trip enjoyable. We have used this property several times over the last 8 years and have always found it to be clean, most accomodating, and safe - and in a great location for our purposes !
