This hotel is falling apart the floors in the hallways feel like you are going to fall in a hole there was a cup of coffee sitting in the stairwell for 3 days and there was a dirty towel laying in a corner by the stairwell for 2 days and also it is like a ZOO here if you want to relax and rest better go somewhere else there are kids running around all night long. I was here for 5 days and 4 nights and it was all the same every night....

Picked this hotel for it's location, the free breakfast and the hot tub. Was not disappointed on any of those. Overheard one guest complain about the hard beds, but that is the way I like it, so I was very comfortable. No wireless in the rooms, but you can get a cable from the front desk.We come every year to the Gem and Mineral Show at the MCC/BTC Exhibit Hall and are very glad to find a place we can stay that is close, convenent and comfortable.

I have stayed in worse, and stayed in better, but for what we needed, it was just fine. I could throw a rock and hit Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun and it was right off the interstate. The pool was indoors, which worked out nice for us, because it rained for part of the time we were there. Only thing that was a problem, the room key took numerous attempts to unlock the room door and/or the side door. It became rather frustrating after 4-6 times. Breakfast was very good also, but be sure and get down there well before 9, because they will remove the stuff at 9 even if you are still eating.

06/01/2009Extremely close to world's of fun, decent breakfast. the pool was cloudy and cold. there was some mold on the ceiling of the shower. i would stay there again ...
Extremely close to World's of Fun, decent breakfast. The pool was cloudy and cold. There was some mold on the ceiling of the shower. I would stay there again just because it's so close to Worlds of Fun and you just want to crash after your day. I wouldn't however if I were to spend several days in KC.

Clean hotel, friendly and helpful hotel staff. Stayed here since it was right across the interstate from WOF. Hotel was very quiet even with middle school baseball teams staying there. Our room faced the interstate and we could not hear the traffic. I would like to see them start breakfast later on the weekend. Breakfast starting at 6 am is good for the business traveler but not for weekend families. It was very hectic at 8:30 with everyone trying to get something to eat. I would stay at this hotel again.
