In a word...FANTASTIC! I have NEVER had a single problem at the Hitlon Garden Inn White Marsh. The rooms are always clean, the lobby is clean, and the check & check out speed is always good. It is located less than 2 blocks from White Marsh Mall, local stores aee withing walking distance and the location is convienient to anything you might need. They have a big parking lot and security is very good here. The customer service here is great. They even have a small pantry in the lobby that stocks all sort of little goodies you might want...candy, water, food, meds, you name it. They offer dinner in their restaurant and their breakfast buffet offers you a good variety. They will do whatever they can to help and make sure your stay is pleasant. This hotel ALWAYS exceeds my expectations & I hight recommend it to everyone!

We had excellent service from everyone from check-in to check-out. Everyone was extremely helpful. Everything was spotless, bed comfortable and room was very quiet. I would definitely recommend it to anyone to stay there. I had knee surgery so needed a handicapped room. We could borrow a wheelchair to get me in and out of the room and to the dining room. It was never a problem to borrow it from the front desk. My only complaint was the bathroom. It had a handicapped rail to the left and behind the toilet, but not on the right side. It would have been a lot more helpful if the toilet had been raised, but it was a normal toilet so it was quite hard to get up from it without a rail on the right. Thank you for the great service!
