  The room was not cleaned and i had to request twice before it was done. not everyone at the front desk was friendly.

  I got there at 2:40. they wouldn"t let me in my room until 3 even though i had been flying for 11 hours. room was nasty stunk. ...

  I got there at 2:40. They wouldn"t let me in my room until 3 even though I had been flying for 11 hours. Room was NASTY stunk. They did let me check out late without penalty.
