  Hotel and rooms are very clean. Free shuttle to the Plaza area. Staff was pretty friendly. Only few miles from Power and Light district. There was free parking when we stayed. Will be staying there again on my next trip to Kansas City in a few weeks.

  I paid for a tiny size queen roon that just had enough room for the queen bed. I had to make a fuss, then they let us have a bigger room with a fold down bed??I felt ripped off with value for money.

  Everyone was very kind and polite. I just wanted to stay longer if I could. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The view was magnificent and the kids enjoyed the pool. The entire experience was worth every penny!!!

  We loved our stay in this Marriott! It is extremely close to the Plaza for all your shopping and dining needs. Also, they provide a wonderful shuttle service so you dont have to walk. They were very polite and the stay was great!
