My family and I stayed here for a night. Parking is $* a night which we were unprepared for. There is no other parking available. Once we got into our room, the design of the room appeared to be from something out of the 1970's. The bed, which was a king size, was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We ate at the hotel restaurant, the Valentino, or a wedding rehearsal dinner that night. The food was very good, but it took 4 attempts to get several different servers to box up my wife's food, as she had to leave because our 6 month old baby was crying. 2 hours later, I still hadn't received my boxed food. The service was painfully slow, even though the food was good. The next morning, we received the bill under our door. The bill was supposed to be covered by the wedding party that we were with. When we called the front desk to resolve the situation, they said that they could not void the credit card transaction and charge it to the wedding party's credit card. Needless to say, this appeared to be a very simple matter to resolve, but the hotel would not resolve it. We ended up having to pay the bill and get reimbursed later. The overall experience at the hotel was a negative one. We will not be staying here again. Not worth the time and money at all.

12/18/2010I would not let my dog stay there. these people have no sense of guest service. they were extremely rude.

11/24/2010The hotel rate was very deceiving since there is no parking available ( surprising for a hotel that is not downtown). the rates should be adjusted to include the $* ...
