We recently returned from a week of sun in Phoenix. Our stay at the Embassy Suites was pleasant. The hotel was easy to find, off of a quiet street, but near shopping and many eateries. We'd recommend spending a bit extra to get the golf course view. The golf course is a sea of green with the backdrop of several peaks that are part of the Phoenix park system. It was really easy to jump on the 51 freeway to reach downtown Phoenix, Glendale, the airport, or to head out of town toward Tucson. The breakfast is fine, the well drinks, beer, and wine flow freely from 5:30-7:30. The employees are all friendly and helpful. We appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and would highly recommend the Embassy Suites in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

For Christmas, my fiance and I went to Arizona to visit family and we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Phoenix/Scottsdale. It was really nice! I love having 2 rooms for the bathroom and then having a "living room." The room was clean, the buffet in the morning was tasty, and there was ample parking. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was a tad bit too chilly for us. The only things I didn't like was we wrote a note to our cleaning person to leave just regular coffee and no decaf. This didn't happen and I don't know why. Also, they leave notes around asking you to conserve energy by reusing your towels. So as they asked, we hung our towels up to use again and on every day we were there the towels were replaced. Trust me, I enjoy a clean towel just like the next guy but I wanted to help out and couldn't! Oh well! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This was a very pleasant hotel experience. Quality staff, nice room, and excellent location. I felt that the in-room Internet pricing was too high ($*/24 hours) so didn't use it. There is free wireless in the lobby area, however. I needed to use the business center on a couple of occasions and while printing of documents through "Printspots" worked well I found that the fax machine would not find an open line, and both the fax machine and printer were low on toner. That said, once I brought the problem to the attention of the manager he promptly had the toner problem rectified. A very nice breakfast buffet was included at no cost, including a made to order omelet line. All in all a 4+ : ) experience!
