Stayed here on the night before and night of my wedding. We had a king suite room which was spacious and had windows along the whole wall on 2 side. Very cool layout and a neat view of the surrounding area (not higher enough to see much other than buildings.) Loved the bath products and especially the loofah in the shower. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in setting up champagne & strawberries for wedding night. Did get a little turned around in the hallways (not enough signage to point towards elevators). Parking was only disappointment--the self parking was underground in a lot that had tiny spots & isles. Several times when a large truck/SUV was parked in a spot, you could barely sqeeze past. Parking was also pretty expensive but probably in line with all downtown parking. Forgot something at the hotel and didn't realize it until later the day we left--called and security was able to send someone up to the room and find what I left and called me back to let me know they found it. Held on to it until I was able to come and pick it up.

The hotel was huge and the lobby is beautiful. But the parking is very expensive and the room is too small. The quality of the room is good but compare to how much I spent , it's not worth it. The location is good but I wouldn't stay again.

A nice lobby does not make a hotel a 4-star hotel. The rooms are small, linens stained, and don't be fooled into valet parking your car. Think Ferris Bueller's Day Off; and when they do finally park your car, it's at an unsecured, unsupervised, surface lot 5 blocks away. Also, don't leave anything of value in your car; if it's not stolen while in the lot, their drivers will help themselves to it. Don't bother complaining to the Sheraton, you'll only be directed to the valuables disclaimer on your valet ticket. My worst stay at a hotel in years.

I was impressed from the moment I got out of my car. Everyone was friendly, parked my car (for a price), held our bags, friendly at check-in, I called guest services multiple times and they were always helpful. Fitness room was beautiful with many top notch machines. Loved the individual Starbucks maker and guest services was always helpful at bringing more. Thought the $5 food voucher was nice for denying cleaning service. Overall wonderful experience and excellent location, would recommend.
