I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The customer service is excellent, very friendly people. We ordered room service for breakfast. The food was good and hot. We even got a call from the room service to see if we needed anything mor. Great location, the waterfront was at the end of the street.

We stopped overnight a the Holiday Inn on our drive through Canada. We really enjoyed the service and the room. I was suprised by how nice and neat the rooms were. The only two disappointing things were that the cafe for breakfast took over an hour to get our food (2 adults and 2 kids) and the menu said that kids eat free, however, they don't eat free if you book your room through travelocity. So - the hotel stay is fabulous, but I would not waste time with the restraunt.

We only stayed overnite as we were traveling through and could not enjoy hotel completely but what a wonderful surprise for your secret deal. Close to everything, everyone helpful, hotel very clean, accomadations great value. We would like to go back again. Thank you for not dissapointing .

Where should I start.This is the best hotel experience that I have ever had in a long time.The staff were so impeccable and curteous. They were very helpful with directions both coming and going from the Hotel. The room was amazing so clean,quiet and modern beyond what I imagined.I will stay there again and tell others about it.

07/18/2009The staff was very friendly and welcoming. the rooms were very clean and the lobby was really nice. had a really nice stay and will definitely be coming back.
