Front office staff friendly and efficient. The hotel wa located in a prime location across from the performing arts complex and within easy access to the 16th Street Mall. The queen size beds were comfortable and the room was just right. It wasn't the biggest room, but it worked for 4 guys.

This is a nice hotel, very modern and clean. The only complaint is there is no microwave and refrigerator available, which makes no sense in a hotel of this caliber. The in-house restaurant has pretty good food. Oh, and while it's nice they have a clear shower in the bathroom there is no bathtub, which is inconvenient for little ones. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This fun, themed, hotel is all around great. Restaurant and martini bar were good. Conveniently located to 16th Street Mall area, downtown, Convention Center and Buell Performance Center. Loved the rental bikes with stations all around the area. We parked the car in the hotel garage and didn't get back in until we left Denver. Getting around on foot or bike is so easy!

Not Worth It!

So maybe it was a mistake to stay here on New Years Eve... but the floor of the hotel reeked of Marijuana the whole stay. Not only was the smell terrible and ongoing, the emergency alarm went off twice (once at 5:30 am)and the hotel was evacuated. We thought it was because of the smoke, but after talking to the bartender at the nearby restaurant, we found out that the alarm goes off at least once a month. Aside from these horrible instances that could have just been because of New Years, the hotel was not of a high quality. For instance, our shower curtain wasn't long enough so we couldn't help but soak our bathroom floor. The best part about the Curtis was The Corner Office (a restaurant/bar that is connected to the hotel). It was fun and trendy, the staff was fantastic and the food was amazing. Though the atmosphere was fun and the staff was great, this hotel isn't worth paying more than $* a night for. I would suggest spending more money on a hotel you could trust but stop by The Corner Office for dinner and drinks.
