This property was considered a value resort with Disney. I forgot my camera charger at home, I found the front desk and concierge not helpful and almost rude. Some employees were not knowledgable about Orlando because they were foriegn and did not know the area. You have to pay extra for internet and can only sit in bed attached to ethernet cord for service no wireless available.Had preferred room but still lhad to walk 2 buildings for room. The room was old and I wished we could have upgraded to a medium resort in disney but desk said those hotels were booked If I ever go again I would stay in a nicer resort Look up time You want to go .We thought we were going at slow time but it was verry crowdwd with foreigners.

This was not what I expected from Disney. The day we arrived the trash was overflowing outside our room. The shower head and shower curtain had black mold on them. It took two days of complaining to get anyone to clean and change the shower head and curtain. The cleaning people mopped the public bathroom floors with a dirty mop and there was a horrible smell around the resort. I understand this is a value resort but that is no excuse for the rooms to be filthy. I have been to Disney World many times this was my first experience on property. What a disappointment!

The hotel was very convenient for our trip as we took the Disney Buses to all the theme parks. The food court was great, it offered all different choices of food. The hotel room was a little tired and definitely needs some updating. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and cheery and overall a positive experience.

This was our 4th stay at a Disney property In Disney World. We decided to try the value resorts since we figured that Disney would have a solid product no matter which resort we chose. We were wrong. This was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at on or off Disney property. When we arrived in our room, the bathroom was a disaster with hairs left over in the shower, the bathroom vent falling from the ceiling, broken door knob and broken light fixture. We could not shut off the water as the valve did not completely shut. We also did not experience the typical Disney attitude. All but two of the people we dealt with at the hotel were crabby or rude (I have never experienced this at Disney before). We left a $* tip on a pillow and found the room to be no more clean or dressed up in Disney style than before we left that morning. The general state of things needed maintenance. Overall, I suggest either staying at one of the nicer resorts or picking a hotel off Disney property.

The cost-value is not what you expect. However, you do not need to rent a car and this is a significant saving if you are staying for 3-5 days The rooms are small. If you are a light sleeper, you will hear everything that happens outisde. The parking is mostly far from the rooms so be ready to walk while carrying your stuff. There is no help with your luggage. If you want a little fridge, it will cost you 10 dollars per day. Do not use the phone. It will cost you a furtune. I prefer to stay outisde Disney and have a good night sleep. I recommend the Vistana Village. These are villas with full kitchens and you will save more money in food specially if you have a large family.
