I booked this place because it got such good reviews. No sure why, though. This place is gross!! I DON"T KNOW WHERE THE PICTURES ARE FROM, BUT THEY WEREN"T TAKEN AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!! Eventhough we booked a non-smoking room the first room they put us in was a smoking room. When they moved us the new room there was a man in there spraying industrial strength cleaner. Not a good sign. They were conspicuously empty eventough it was Spring Break. Second bad sign. Non of the remotes worked, and two of three lamps in the bedroom were broken. Everything was very old and very dirty looking. I instructed our daughters to keep socks or flip flops on and not walk barefoot on the carpet. Bathroom had mold in every nook and cranny, and the top temp. for water was lukewarm. We pushed through, b/c we wanted to do Disney World, Gatorland and sightsee then get home. I will not only book here again, but never at this chain again!!!! I should have known when we had to book and pay in advance for the $* rate non-refundable. That should have tipped me off, and will from now on. Not even worth $*/night, Comfort Inn and some of the other bargain places are cleaner than this nasty place!!! Their version of hot breakfast is continental with bacon sliced so thin you can see through it, and pressed-form egg discs. So gross! I stuck to the toast and coffee. The only nice thing was the pool. We took their shuttle to and from Disney the first day and got stuck on a 2 hr. ride each way! What a total fiasco this place ended up being for us!! We'll just drive next time and spend more on a room! LESSON LEARNED!

Free Internet access in the room, free parking, free breakfast: all requirements for us and they met them with flying colors. We begged for early check-in (after a red-eye that left us beat) and got a room 2 hours early. God bless them! Room was clean and well-maintained but previous occupant burned something that left a burn smell in the room that never went away despite housekeeping's attempts. One-bedroom suite was nice to have as it allowed bedroom to be closed off from tv/kitchen area. Kitchen was stocked decently but lacked sharp knives (remember this if taking home leftovers from dinner out). Buy or bring coffee as hotel only provides in-room coffee fixings for 1st two mornings. As expected at a Wyndham property, the bed was heaven: not too soft, not too firm and had us both sleeping like babies! Hotel is close to Universal Studios (about 5 min drive), Walt Disney World (20 min drive) and multitude of restaurants on Int'l Drive. Try Fish Bones right across the street for a special dinner-out. Hotel breakfast was very good: always had eggs, breakfast meat, waffles or pancakes, as well as toast, fruit, cereal, yogurt. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful (only one bad egg in the bunch who definitely needed a lesson in courtesy and offering a smile) including printing boarding passes at no cost. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Room was pretty nice for the price. Room was clean, however there were a couple of minor maintenance issues upon check in (sliding closet doors off track and shower handle was loose). Room and hall did however have a slight chemical smell, I think it was from the chemicals that housekeeping used. Breakfast however was one of the most disgusting things I have ever put in my mouth. The "scrabled eggs" were some sort of powdered egg substitute and were plain nasty as was the mystery meat sausage links, about the only decent thing about the breakfast buffet was the orange juice....do yourself a favor and go have breakfast somewhere else. All-in-all it was a decent place, great location and I would probably stay again, just dont plan on breakfast at the hotel.

Based on other reviews of this hotel, I guess I overexpected. The personnel were pleasant, and the room appeared clean. I was led to believe I was getting a room with a fridge, though, and the check-in lady said our room did not have a fridge and it would be $* extra. I had two complaints about the room. First, even with all the lamps turned on,the room was rather dim - just not enough wattage in the bulbs, I guess. The other slighty annoyance was that a garbage truck came to empty the dumpster at 5 a.m. and was extremely loud, waking us up. If you don't have a room on the dumpster side, perhaps this would not be a problem. Since we didn't have a fridge, we went to find the ice machine and couldn't find one. Upon checking, we were told we'd have to get ice from the kitchen where they serve breakfast, which is, of course, down in the lobby. The telephone in the room didn't work, but I only tried to call the front desk, so this was a minor problem. The breakfast was very nice both days: ham and eggs, all kinds of breads, cereals, oatmeal, muffins, pastries, juices, teas, coffees, and eggs and sausage the second day. It was good and nice to not have to venture out for breakfast. Overall, we were satisfied. It was clean and comfortable, just not loaded with amenities, but given the price, I guess that's to be expected. We would stay again.

The hotel room itself was great - king size bed, full kitchen, sleeper sofa, 2 TVs, vanity separate from bathtub/toilet area, clean and serviced well. The breakfast buffet was nothing special: toast, instant eggs, watered down juice, sometimes there was fruit, sometimes there were bagels, sometimes there were waffles, sometimes there was yogurt - no consistency and you need to get there early as they don't replenish. The shuttle service to the Disney parks was a joke. You have a choice of 3 morning departure times and 3 evening return times (no transportation between 11:50 am and 6:00 pm). The shuttle takes you to the Epcot transportation center where you can catch Disney buses or monorail. The shuttle stops at 5 different hotels there and back so you could spend up to an hour on the bus before it even heads to Disney. The shuttle is fine for Universal Studies and City Walk since it's so close. We ended up taking a taxi to and fron downtown Disney for some of our commute because of the restricted shuttle times. You are within walking distrance to many good restaurants, gift stores, CVS and Walgreen's pharmacies
