For the most part the room was acceptable but there were little problems that made our stay less enjoyable. For instance: Our phone could not accept incoming calls, consequently we never got our wake-up call. We could however, call out. Also, one day we had no maid service at all. The beds weren't made and our towels weren't changed. We told the front desk and they quickly responded and when we returned the room was cleaned. Also, we found a plastic bottle under one of the beds when we arrived...it was still there when we left. It wasn't ours. Our alarm clock didn't work, it couldn't be set as an alarm. But the beds were comfortable and I have to admit that I slept well. Our son and his wife were in a room adjacent to ours and he said he thought the room was fine. All in all it was okay, and I think it is fine for traveling on a budget. The things I mentioned are not earth-shattering and are easily fixed. I loved having all those pillows! And it was quiet which is very important, not to mention the free parking! Thank You!!

While not posh, this hotel is a good place to stay when all you need is a place to sleep and keep your stuff. I paid less than half of what my friend paid for a fancy downtown hotel, and I had free parking, free wireless internet and free continental breakfast. It's a bit of a hike to downtown, but there are buses running right past the hotel. The towels are tiny, but that is really the only flaw I found.

When we arrived, the towels and the carpet in the room had blood stains. There was only one toilet roll almost empty and the sheets looked used. Suddenly, a spider appeared from under the pillow. We asked the management to change our room and they did. The new room was clean, but the TV control was not working properly. The following day the cleaners made the bed while we were gone for 10 minutes. I had to tell the cleaners to clean the bathroom and dust the room. I would never recommend this hotel.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The a/c didn't work along with several of the lights. The bathroom light had to be switched on and off several times to work. The restaurant did not serve any Chinese or pacific cuisine as stated. The help spoke very little English and the bar maid had to ask me how to make a margarita. The room was clean, but the bed was very lumpy. We will not be returning to this hotel.

My room was clean, everything neat and in working order. The hotel was close to the Cleveland Clinic and the bus line is located directly in front of the hotel which made it easy to get to and from the airport. The hotel also has a shuttle service which always ran on time to all the medical facilities. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only thing I would have liked better was an upgrade in the hotel restaurant because the quality of the food was about a "C". Otherwise, the hotel was worth the rate and I will definitely stay there on my next visit to Cleveland! The pay-to-use the internet service in the lobby wasn't so good as it kept logging me off.
