We had a super stay at this property. It was perfect and just a couple blocks to Camden Yards. I would not stay anywhere else when we go back! The room was great - really huge! We were facing the fire station across the street but we never heard a thing. The staff was really nice to us.. something I was concerned about from reding other reviews. But it looks like that has been resolved. The area around the hotel was very nice and we felt safe walking. We stayed at a Marriott later in our trip and this hotel had BETTER beds and BETTER bath products! We kept saying we wished we were still at the Holiday Inn! Only downside is that the bathroom is tiny. But that was fine with us! This is the perfect location if you are going to the game. be sure to get there early enough to take a tour of the ball park!!

The staff is highly unqualified. not even 5 minutes in and the staff is a problem. They fail to tell you what exactly is going to be charged to your card.. so if you use a debit card beware you will have less money then you think. I fought with the manager on duty who was very unprofessional, and talked down to me like I knew nothing. The room was okay..but the hallway was full of dirty trays that would stay there for hours. I had taken my mother to the George straight and Reba concert and we had an amazing weekend. but every time we stepped foot in the hotel there was always a problem. On saturday night, we wanted to go downstairs to get coffee and dessert... Dotties was closed so we went to the restraurant right by the lobby in the hotel...(manager could hear everything going on) Extremely innopropriate the staff and what seemed to be a small party was extremely loud talking about very low and dirty content and the staff was laughing with them.. they didnt come over to us to give us menues or help us. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome there. Manager heard me complaine and still did nothing. I would not reccomend this hotel unless you like to be ignored and treated like your stay is not improtant. Parking was advertised for *$ and was *$

Stayed for business in November. Rate was good but hotel was not. Surley staff, dirty guest room and bathroom and mediocre food. Next time I will stay at one of the better brands.

--Room was fine--clean, adequate floor space, closets, hangars, etc. --Pool has separate spaces designated for shallow play, deep water play, and lap swimming. Lifeguard on duty. Lots of machines in fitness center. --Very courteous, helpful front desk personnel. --Restaurant service was terrible, food was adequate. Better, less expensive breakfast a block away at Days Inn.
