  The front desk staff were friendly very inviting. When we needed more towels they brought them freah out of the dryer they were still warm. Very close to shopping centers. Would stay there again. Great on site resturant.

• Noisy, But Great Location

  The staff was very pleasant and the location is the best (walking distance of the mall and surrounding shops, grocery stores a drive a way). the downside was the noise! ...

  The staff was very pleasant and the location is the best (walking distance of the mall and surrounding shops, grocery stores a drive a way). The downside was the noise! Noise at night (after midnight), noise in the morning. I could hear people talking and laughing very loudly from my 2nd floor room at night. Also could hear hotel guests in the hallways early in the morning and late at night making plans & waking up the other guests in their party. Kids running overhead.

  Ii found a mouse in my room, and i'm not talking mickey mouse. i was told my entire stay would be compensated but was charged anyway. after at least ...

  II found a MOUSE in my room, and I'm not talking Mickey Mouse. I was told my entire stay would be compensated but was charged anyway. After at least an hour of debating with the hotel manager who had a nasty attitude I was compensated half my stay. I asked the hotel manager for the number to the corporate office and she gave me a fake number. The hotel is a nice hotel, but I would Never stay there again.
