We were extremely disappointed in this hotel. We expected ALOT more cleanilness and more friendly customer service from a hotel with a Sheraton reputation. When we arrived it had been snowing and the parking lot was not plowed at all. They gave us a free breakfast to mkae up for our inconvenience. The food was terrible. I could have gotten better food at Mc Donalds and if I had to pay for breakfast.. it would have been over $* with a bowl of cereal for $ * and that was the kind in it's own container like a school would use. Over all I was just really disappointed and would not stay here again.

This was our first stay here and were pleased about several things. We received a copy of USA Today, two computers were available in the lobby area, and the room was nicely furnished, including a small refrigerator. In their restaurant I ordered a batter-fish sandwich and it was delicious. The three others in our party liked their food as well. We went back later for a drink in the bar area and some beers were offered at a special price.The airport shuttle leaves every 20 minutes and only takes about 5 minutes to get to the airport. The only thing about the room is that when you change the temperature the unit by the window goes on for several minutes to adjust it. There are two speeds, high and low, but even on low it is quite loud. During normal hours that is all right but when I woke up during the night and turned it on I was afraid it might wake others in the neighboring rooms so I just turned the fan completely off which was fine. We would return because the price was very good and we really liked the restaurant/bar feature so we would not have to go out in the freezing cold to find a place that evening. The service also was friendly and prices reasonable.

We stayed at Four Points in order to catch an early flight out of Kansas City. The hotel shuttle took us to the airport & picked us up when we returned. They allow you to leave your vehicle in their parking lot for up to 14 days. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

When I walked into the Four Points by Sheraton I was greeted by the attentive and friendly hotel host-offered fresh coffee and given simple directions for parking and finding our room.The lobby and entry were tastefully decorated and so clean. The room was amazingly clean, such beautiful bed linens and pillows and spreads!! The bathroom was well stocked and spotless!! After we were in the room and few minutes we received a phone call from the front desk asking if everything was suffiicent and if there was anything we needed to please call!! The hallways were clean and carpeted attractively-so quiet!!!! There were exeercise rooms so handy for use-EVERYTHING was perfect. Thank you for such accomodations!
