  WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND TO ANYONE WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY BEDS WERE GREAT!!!!!!! SERVICE AWSOME!!!!!!!! ENJOYED EVERY BIT OF MY STAY!!!!- NEEDED A CRIB FOR MY 8 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER WENT TO DESK TO ASK FOR IT- THEY WERE AT THE DOOR WAITING FOR ME BY TIME I MADE IT BACK TO ROOM!!!

  The room was clean and comfortable. the kids loved the pool. the restaurant was decent. the front desk was very friendly and helpful. excellent hotel for an excellent price!

  I loved their beds and pillows. they were very soft. i slept better here than any other hotel i have ever been to.

  Very clean hotel. Fitness center treadmills were great. They even had headphones for the individual TV's attached to each treadmill. The restaurant was open till 11:00 which was nice since we arrived late, but the bar area was too close to the restaurant and it was smokey. Plenty of parking and we felt safe. The hotel had a map, but didn't have any information available for local sighseeing.

  When we arrived, we did not have the fridge we ordered and there was no fitted sheet or blankets for the fold-out couch my granddaughter was to sleep on; also one of the room keys did not work. Room service was a little slow to respond, but they did seem to be quite busy, and they were very friendly when they did show up. The hotel itself was lovely; Neutrogena bath products were a nice touch. Beds quite comfortable, and it is very hard for me to find a comfortable bed due to a number of health problems. Security was very tight; you need your key card to get into side doors or to use the elevators or pool. Also, security patrols constantly. This is a good thing, in my opinion. Grill 39 was excellent! Will definitely seek out Doubletree Hotels for future trips!
