  The staff was always friendly and helpful. I accidentaly left my wallet and checkbook in room so I would carry it in casinos and then forgot about it. I didn't notice I left it behind for 4 hours after we checked out. When I returned to hotel they had brought it to front desk and had tried to contact me. I appreciate there honesty and I thank all the staff at the hotel.

  Upon arrival , we were given the wrong room. After negotiating, we were placed in another room. Once checked in we left to find food and fun. When we returned to our room the key did not work and we were not listed in the room. Bear in mind it was late we had been on the road for some hours. After placing a DO NOT DISTURB notice on the door, the next morning maid service still knocked, unlocked my door which was chained, awoke us and I had to yell twice no service see sign.
  Unfortunate series of events but I will will find other accomodations should I return to Memphis.

  This was the most reasonably priced room I could find in the area for a weekend night. I wasn't sure what to expect but we were pleased. The rooms were clean and nice. Huge bathrooms by hotel standards. The pool was dirty and the breakfast wasn't very good but overall it was a great value.

  The hotel has a good location to the casions. 3 min. drive from 6 of them. Rooms are nice inside, nothing special, but you're only pay $* per night. My only complaint was there was some random hairs in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly
