We stayed at the Holiday Inn because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight out the next morning. The stay was great! The personnel at the front desk were extremely helpful in making our stay very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was great, friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and updated. Had all the ammenties a business traveler needs, iron and iron board, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Coffee maker in room with Tea and Coffee. I was on the second floor and had access to ice machine and an array of vending machines right around the corner in their own sound proof room. Breadkfast buffet was great, coffee, tea, juices, cearal, eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, toast,muffins and sweet roll, and more. I would stay here anytime I am in Oakland area.

The people that worked at this hotel were very accommodating and friendly. I felt safe here because I saw several other families and many older tourists staying here also. My one disappointment was that the floors of the lobby and hallways were soiled and stained, however the rooms carpets must have been more recently updated because they were clean.

i indicated 3 people and the hotel gave me one queen bed. there were only 2 of us. when i asked for 2 beds they stated that wd be an additional hundred bucks! NOT very accommodating. clearly the hotel was not full. it felt unfriendly and a bit unprofessional. the room was very nice, i rarely tip but i tipped for the great clean room and the complimentary toothpaste. details matter such as; there was no luggage rack and the bathroom door didn't stay open by itself. there service staff during bkft were very helpful and professional. that's it. thanks. r

We stayed here for one night before an early flight. The room was clean and comfortable and the limo service to the airport was readily available and quick. We really appreciated the service and atmosphere. It's a bit basic, but fine for a short stay - only the airport atmosphere, which makes it so convenient, also makes it a little noisy.
