The Holiday Inn Express was a great value. The staff was courteous and helpful; the hotel was clean and the rooms were modern and comfortable; the location was convenient to the Convention Center, dining, and shopping. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel to travelers.

I usually expect an "in town" hotel to be overpriced with tiny rooms, but not this time. The price was reasonable and the rooms were as large as any surburban hotel. You can tell that this hotel and the entire area recently went through a renovation...the entire area was new and clean. Breakfast was good and we were able to snag a parking spot at the hotel for a small charge. One downside -- they need to update their information books in the room. One restaurant that was featured doesn't exist anymore, which we didn't find out until walking the perimeter of the hotel and one block out each way! We then settled on a delviery pizza place that was listed in the book. The item I wanted to order hadn't been offered for over a year, but what we did get was tasty.

The Holiday Inn Express was a great stay and affordability at it's best!!! The location was great and the hotel was very clean, and breakfast was great in the morning!! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, I would definately stay again and recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We just returned from our Minneapolis trip after traveling with a large group of people. We were very pleased with this hotel. It is dated and is currently under renovations but It met all of our needs. The hotel is a great value if you want a clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower and free breakfast. It was within walking distance to many restaurants, it was clean, the beds were comfortable (and queen beds are hard to find!) The staff was excellent and answered our many questions and met all of our expectations. The free hot breakfast was a huge plus for our hungry group - as promised they did not run out of anything - can we scream bacon!? We were able to park in the small lot attached to the property, but several others in our group parked just across the street in the ""ramp"" with absolutely no problems. Although we did not have time to use the pool, we did check it out and it was nice - the kids were having a great time morning and night. Once the renovations are completed, this hotel will be even better. We would absolutely stay here again - their customer service is excellent - a rare commodity these days.
