This was a very good value, especially when purchased as a "secret" hotel for $*. The people were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We have stayed here twice and plan to stay again on our next return to L.A. Right on I 405 close by the Getty Museum. 5 or 6 miles from downtown Beverly Hills. Valet Parking included in room rate is a genuine plus.

I paid extra for a higher floor the front desk agent told me that it had nothing to do with them and I had to talk to travel agency She was unpleasant and had and attitude about the whole thing. Room was clean but very small the freeway noise was bearable.

Very, very loud; on one side highway 405, on the other side busy intersection (day and night). It was impossible to sleep at night. Although, they have a good restaurant on the 17th floor, "West." Hotel itself very pleasant, contemporary design. Also, nice and helpful staff. I like the fact, they provided a shuttle van to get to UCLA symposium i was attending. Another plus, it was very close from the hotel to Getty museum.
