  We've stayed in numerous best western's & always had good experiences. this was not one of them. we had numerous issues with our room. a really bad odor permeated ...

  We've stayed in numerous Best Western's & always had good experiences. This was not one of them. We had numerous issues with our room. A really BAD odor permeated the room, the carpet was wet in a portion of the room, the toilet stopped working twice, no refrigerator (they said that not all rooms have them ...), & the door wouldn't close securely without slamming it. On the surface the room looked clean. However, with these numerous issues it makes me wonder if that really was the case. The breakfast was just the basics. Nothing to write home about. A back door was left propped open the the entire time allowing anyone to enter. So much for security. No reason then to lock the front lobby doors after hours! Hotel mgmt. did reduce one night of our stay by 50% & attempted to fix the odor issue but it was still there the second night of our stay although not as bad. I'm guessing we just got the "lemon" room. Still... I wouldn't take my chances with another stay.

  I went to disneyland and stay at this hotel (my wife and 3 kids),it's not that close to disney but it is worth it, clean rooms, ...

  i went to disneyland and stay at this hotel (my wife and 3 kids),it's not that close to disney but it is worth it, clean rooms, showers , great service, we like it and did i mention you get FREE breakfast from 6-9 a.m. it's great ill recomend it to any one.

  Nice lobby, but run down, shabby, unsanitary, outdated rooms. water ran cold for up to 2 min., then burned us in the shower. not-so-great breakfast. spa out of ...

  Nice lobby, but run down, shabby, unsanitary, outdated rooms. Water ran cold for up to 2 min., then burned us in the shower. Not-so-great breakfast. Spa out of order. Will never stay in a Best Western again.
